its rude process ,i have this bad habit if someone calls me or ims me i have to reply its courtesy of respect,but latley i was in a relation with a woman and we broke up as friends ,and i noticed she is rude to me when i send a message or e-mail ,doesnt reply ,so guess have to start doing it to same type of ppl also

Try to listen to what the person wants to say first...
If you still choose not to want to talk to this person, tell him/her directly.
