More likely than any other time of the month, especially if you tend to have a regular cycle. Good luck.

(people seem to have this backwards...but you are most likely to get pregnant right before and right after your period, when you are ovulating. You can get pregnant other times if you are ovulating unregularly, or if the sperm manages to live in your body long enough for you to begin ovulating while they are in there. They can live in your body for a few days, so if you had sex on monday and begin ovulating on thursday...you can get pregnant on thursday. Generally, it is only possible for you to get pregnant one day out of a month, but because sperm lives in the body...trying to figure out what day that is, and not having sex on that day is pointless. Sex without birth control of some sort = pregnancy. The more you do it, the closer you get to getting pregnant...it is about timing that you can not control it, so if you don't want to get pregnant, don't have unprotected sex.

I baffles me...and I am no better than anyone else cause I have made my mistakes...that humans seem to lack so much discipline just to gain all of 5 minutes (if that) of pleasure in there lives. 5 minutes of pleasure that equals weeks of agony worrying about if you just changed or complicated your life permanantly.

The menstrual period is due to the fact that there is no conception, and the body begins it's next cycle.

If you did not use contraception 3 days before your period was due, then there is a good chance that conception could occur. To be absolutely sure, it would be a good idea to purchase a name brand home pregnancy test and check it.

Recent studies have shown that most women run in a cycle for fertility. The most common cycle for women is fertility is heightened for 2 weeks between menstrual cycles. The closer you are to starting and finishing your period, the less likely you are to get prego. With that said, there is always a chance that you could get pregnant at anytime with un protected sex.
Hope that helped

Yes. The ONLY safe birth control is to keep your legs closed. If you are under 18, and or unwed. Do yourself a favor, stop having sex. If you get pregnate you are not only ruining your life, but the baby and the baby's dads. What you do affects everyone around you, your friends, your family, the boy's family and friends, too.I don't want to sound harsh, but this happened to me. I wish I had never belived him when he promised to love me forever. The day he found out, he skipped out and my life kept getting worse after that. I wish someone had been harsh with me before it all happened.
