I do not work, i do not go to school... im a bum for now.
My schedule is.
Fall asleep at 7AM and wake up 2pm-4pm eveyday.

I want to have a normal sleeping schedule where i sleep at 1 or 2am, and wake up around 10am.
I have tried not sleeping the WHOLE night, so the next night i can fall asleep easily, but that doesn't work. I still fall asleep late, and i wake up around 2pm like before.
Is this just a really bad Jet-Lag???

Oh, and i've tried Tylenol PM, but it just makes me really antsy. So drugs are out of the question.

Staying awake one night and going to bed early the next isn't going to help you unless it becomes a habit.

The very best way for someone like you to get into a good sleep pattern is to get a regular day job. When you have to start getting up at 6:30 am everyday it won't take longer than a week for you to be cured.
