No its not true. This stereotype came about because until the 1800 the french did not used to have running water and this meant they did not wash very often. In fact that is why perfume was invented in france, to cover up the smell.
As for the women not shaving.. i've been with 3 french girls and they were all very well groomed..

Years ago, people in Europe bathed less often, but so did Americans. I'm pretty sure that's changed there, as it has here. And yes, less women in Europe shave than in America. But...there are plenty of American women who don't shave either. It's a pretty new fad. A hundred years ago, none of us did.

No it is not true, maybe never was.
Now the shaving part is true in part. NOT all European women shave.
Did you ever watch Mrs. Doubtfire, the bus scene.

No. Muslims stink a lot. They take bath only once in a week. Ever heard of "Jummah to Jummah"? i.e. Friday to Friday.

Yes, that's why they have the best perfume in the world.
They just put on their perfume and that's why they don't need shower.
