I have a albino catfish in a i think it's about 30 litre tank. The other catfish in with it are it's mate, one bristlenose, one julii, one emerald and two upside-downs. Some of my albino catfish's tail is missing. Will it grow back? Will it be ok? I used to feed my fish every day but that was making the water murky so i have cut it back to once every couple of days. I do a water change every fortnight and check acidity as well. When i feed them i give two tropical tablets and one algae chip for the bristlenose. Also the albino with the damaged tail is female. She lays eggs. Thanks in advance for your replies.

The bristlenose may be the culprit so keep your eye open. her tail should grow back ok, keep the water clean, do the changes you need to which it sounds like you are. Also daylight or having the light on too much may make the water murky. If you do end up having to put treatment in make sure it is a catfish firendly one as well.

fish tails do get bitten by the other fish sometimes and usually grow back fine, It sounds like you are doing every thing ok, If all the levels are fine in your tank and your catfish is laying eggs then all seems in order, just keep an eye on the tail in case she gets a infection or fungus, These can be treated quite easily if she does, Fin Rot on the other hand is when the fins look ragged and have streaks of blood in them which is not the case here.

Your tank is way overstocked. You need a larger tank (75 gallons) so that these fish aren't right next to each other all the time. The tail will grow back if the tank isn't so stocked that they are in such close contact.
