best all round break-in would be on non-congested freeway starting with a slower (50mph) constant speed for 15 minutes then increasing speed 5 mph every 15 minutes. once you reach the speed limit don't exceed it return to lower speed and repeat cycle for 300 to 500 miles. after break-in change oil and your done.
Note: if Crome plate piston rings where use on the engine double the break-in milage as these rings take longer to seat properly but will last longer if seated good. you will have to ask the engine rebuilder to know which was used.

Drive normally EXCEPT:

If travelling an extended distance on the interstates, vary the speed. Ten minutes at 70 mph, then ten at 60 mph and so on.

Change the oil after 500 to 1000 miles, then start a normal routine.

Don't be alarmed if within the first 2 or 3 thousand miles the engine burns a good bit of oil Keep a good check on that.

It depends, some car companys will tell you to drive it the same way you are going to normally drive it. I've been told by some mechanics to baby it the first 500-1000 miles but some others especially VW
mechanics have told me to drive it like I will be driving it every day.

Just like a new car up to the first 1000km. You can occasionally take it to 80kph but for short distances only then go back to 60kph. Do not over rev.

same way u break in a new year.... for the first 1000 or so kilometers, i'd keep it at under 80 km/h, MAX up to 100 km/h, i strongly advise that u never go over that limit
