Like if I put an ice cube on my belly would the baby be able to tell that it's cold? Or if I spilled something hot on my stomach could the baby feel the heat also??

That's a really good question...I don't know but I don't think so since there are quite a few layers between your stomach and the baby. They do tell you to be careful when taking a hot bath so that your body temperature doesn't rise too much but other than that, I don't know.
