I don't put alot of stock into that prediction.....it's Winter and will be winter for 6 more weeks because it's February.
However, it's a fun tradition that keeps the public's attention on the little rascal .

You are wrong about ground hogs.
I have known one for many years and I never saw the critter go for more than a day without washing and if the critter says it is going to rain ,you better get your umbrella ready.

I don't because Spring starts on March 20th (or so) but it is fun to watch all those people down at Gobbler's Knob every year!!!
