I have to buy a new desktop. And I was just wondering whether to get an XP Home or Vista Home Premium for the OS. I heard that Vista isn't stable yet. Any suggestions?

stay with xp...vista is full of bugs. lots of memory needed, lots of hard drive space, incompatibility with older equipment and a spy to report to microsoft all your software serial numbers. it stinks big time. stay away from it.

Dude, it's better to take Windows XP. And what type of computer you're taking we don't know. Some Windows supports on pentium. Take care. Thanks.
