My mom has tried everything imaginable. She finally lost weight with the Atkins Diet. Cutting out carbs works real well.

Try using some Weight loss foods like Slim Fast or Slim bars and Flow its directions(Thats what i did and lost like 50 pounds). Or if that doesnt work, Go ask a doctor for special Prescription drugs for weight loss

Change your eating habits to include more low fat foods and move more. Drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegatables. Become a vegatarian. Join a gym. Go dancing every night.

Walk, Dancing & jumping, Gulp 2 FULL glasses of water before any meal to help reduce food amounts, put your untencils down after every bite off food (That way you know when you're full.) No snaking... Well, Mixed UNSALTED nuts are good. & Be strikted on yourself! Never give up! GOOD LUCK!!!

Eat well (lots of fruits and veggies) and drink plenty of water. Also, take a walk every other day.
