if you have a bluetooth dongle, then you can connect up that to the pc, and transfer files from you pc to your phone, and the other way round...

depends on what bluetooth software you are using. if using blue soleil ( http://www.bluesoleil.com/download/index.asp?topic=bluesoleil_edr )which is one of the most popular just click on the orange circle in the center. this will search for your devices. when it find the device you want to transfer to click file transfer, then drag the files to the transfer list on the right, then click transfer.

if your phone has a memory card and it is able to connect to the usb port on the cpu just go buy a microSD card reader and writer which usually goes for 12.99 to 24.99 at any electronics store. i got mines at radio shack for 19.99.
