Check with a shop that makes silk screened t-shirts... one that does the work themselves instead of sending it out.

However, making your own silk screens is actually very easy. I've made them using very fine white silky fabric stretched and stapled tight to a frame. An art store will sell the frames premade too. There are several grades of fabric, depending on how many holes per inch you need.
They'll also sell you the latexy light-sensitive goop you spread on the fabric. After the goop is dried (in the dark) you expose it under a bright light with your artwork taped in place to the silk. Wherever the artwork is dark will remain undeveloped. Rinse out the undeveloped goop and you have a completed silk screen.

An advantage to making your own silk screens is cost; you can buy the materials for a lot less money than having someone else do them. Our homemade silkscreens were used hundreds of times before we had to remake them, and the designs were very fine.

Good luck, and have fun!

If you are talking flowers, the red rose is the color of passion and love. Yellow roses signify friendship. A white rose can mean purity and innocence. Pink roses stand for caring, something you would give a girlfriend before things get really serious. Also a good color to give to your mother!
