It seems to be a congregation of opinions; generating more debate and discussions than actually providing solid concrete answers. At least, most of the time.

No, because then it will become like all the other forums, just a lot of petty arguing. I like that the person has to ask a question and that a person can only respond once, so that no one person is able to dominate.
