i have been falling over often these days. i stumble as i walk as well.
sometimes my vision blurrs.
randomly my hand doesn't work when i write and suddenly draws a line across the page when i wasn't supposed to.
i saw a doctor but he said i need more rest, but even though i have had plenty of rest these symptoms keep continuing.
i play piano but i cannot play as fast as i used to and i can't type as fast either.
is this just plain clumsiness?

You need to be evaluated with a thorough work-up by a neurologist, preferrably at a teaching hospital (one with a medical school). Your neurological status has been changing, and it's not a good sign that you have lost your protective reflex for falling, have blurred vision, and difficulties with walking and writing.

You need to find another doctor. Blurry vision is a sign that something is wrong. To what degree, I don't know. I'm not a doctor. Write down as much as you can, when you can, about what you are doing, and where you are, when these symptoms recur. If someone else has observed you, when this has happened, so much the better. Get them to record what they saw. GET GOING.

Vitamin B12 deficiency dear. Increase intake of liver, beef, pork, eggs, milk, cheese, tuna and salmon. B12 helps maintain a healthy nervous system, relieve irritability, improve concentration, emmory and balance and increase energy.

Or simply buy a Vitamin B complex supplement (tablets) from any pharmacy.

I agree, see another doctor.

Also make sure you are eating a balanced diet and drinking enough water - it's amazing how much it makes a difference.
