This is quite normal. Pregnancy is split into three sections or 'trimesters'.

Women often go off sex in the first trimester - due to hormones raging about and sickness/tiredness etc.

Some women find their sex drive returns with a vengeance in the second trimester and wanes off again in the third.

The important thing is to keep your partner involved and yes, maybe use other methods to get intimate other than actual penetrative sex.

The irony is that some men go off sex with a pregnant woman for fear of hurting them or the baby!

Best of luck!

That is completely normal, in my first 3 months of pregnancy I felt like throwing up just thinking about sex. I didn´t even want to cuddle or kiss him.... So what you are feeling is normal...

Sex Drive During Pregnancy
Throughout your pregnancy, you may notice that your sex drive begins to change: some days you may feel very sexual, while other days cleaning the grout in your shower sounds like more more fun than getting between the sheets. These changes are entirely normal and are often a typical part of pregnancy. So whether your sex drive is up or down, don’t worry – there is nothing wrong with you.

Sex Drive in Overdrive
Many pregnant women report that they actually experience a dramatic increase in their sex drive during pregnancy. This is typically due to the change in hormones that your body goes through when you are pregnant.

In order to support your pregnancy, your body increases the amount of progesterone and estrogen in your bloodstream. As a result, you may feel the need to be with your partner more than usual. This increase in hormones has a number of physical effects on your body, which can often make sexual intercourse much more enjoyable than usual. These changes include:

* increased vaginal lubrication
* increased sensitivity of the breasts and nipples
* increased blood flow to the pelvic area

Some women also report that they feel sexier during pregnancy. Those added curves around your hips, breasts, and stomach can contribute to an increase in your sex drive.

Hope that helps..

This is perfectly normal. When you are pregnant your hormones start to rage which results in either a loss of interest or a massive increase in interest!!! As long as you talk to your partner and explain that you feel drained or tired etc and explain it is not him (don't mention that he turns you off....sure fire loser that one!) then things should be ok. If you keep him in the pictuire this will avoid any confusion or hurt, he should be understanding.
Good luck...with a bit of space who knows what might happen!!!

It's totally normal , i felt quite turned off by my partner for the first 5 months, but now i am quite attracted to him again!! You might find that your feelings change as you move through your pregnancy. Next month might be a good month for you! Try not to let it get you down.
