In my view, scoresheet or score sheet are both not correct, though these words may be used commonly. The proper word probably is scoring-card (or score card, as it is shortened to).

If it is the score in a game, yes, it is a scoresheet or score sheet.
If it to write music on, and it is already printed with the sets of five lines, then what I hear people call it is just "manuscript paper". They never say "music manuscript paper". It seems that everyone is expected to understand that it's for music.
Once the music has been written on it, it becomes a "score", not a scoresheet or score sheet.

If your talking about an entire written musical work, it's just called a "score"--i.e. a conductor's score, orchestral score, or movie score. If you're talking about the sheet you would write a score on, it's called manuscript paper or staff paper. A small score (Iike something that doesn't have bound pages) can be called a score sheet.
If your talking about scoring for a game, I guess it's a score sheet.

A sheet on which you write to score in a game is, indeed, a score sheet.
Paper that you write a musical score on is usually called musical manuscript paper - it is lined with 'staves'.
