First thing ... keep smiling in there face .. and try to agree with his/her idea in the 1st time even if u don't agree on what they are saying ... also make sure that u really like to communicate with this person ... it will work.

to make people friendly you must first become friendly yourself..Keep that smile..Talks with others and try to make conversation.Dont give false impression and your gesture should be in check all the time..Aight thats all

"We" cannot make people do anything. Worry about yourself. Be as nice as you can be to everyone and maybe your example will encourage others to act as you do.
