The problem's a bit vague... Firstly, you need to narrow down whether it's your Internet connection that's faulty. Check this by trying with wired connection. If the access point is fine, then I guess it's down to signal problem within your place. Make sure the router is not placed near other wireless transmitters, like a cordless phone base. Putting the router antennae on a more elevated place sometimes helps.
I have a similar problem, but it's 99% fault of my crap BB provider, which I have decided to change.
Good luck!

How good is your signal? Are you getting disconnected while you have good strength?
Iam not sure where you are located, but it is cold here in PA. I had a customer who had a similar problem b/c her modem and router were pluged into the same outlet aas her electric heater. It was pooping out b/c of the lack of wattage, but would work every now and then for a bit.
Make sure this is not you case :)
Oh, and we are here to help so feel free to post any other information you feel may help :)

Hi
Please check the following
1) Make sure the antenna is positioned properly to receive the best signal
2) make sure there is no other devices which disturbes you signal
3) if you are comfortable loging in to the router, try reducing the TX rate, this will surely help you

Try to place the router in a more acceptable position, so you do not have too many walls or pieces of furniture between you and it.

hmmm vague question but i guess it will be down to losing signal connection.
to improve this you can install a new antenna to your router to boost your signal strength
just make sure it is a high gain antenna and that should help
