Can anyone please tell me if any mortgage lenders take working family tax credits into account on your income?

i have contacted 5 mortgages who will not take tax credits into account

Someone told me last week that Nationwide will allow 50% of it

but she ended up going with Abbey so they may be better!

Abbey do- and they take them as main income - 100% of the amount too. Not many lenders do, but I know for a fact that they do.

Yes, all regular benefits go toward your household income.

i do believe the Chelsea Building Society will. If not you should contact TML and they will place it for you!

Sorry - we claimed , they overpaid, we spent, are now paying back. Won't be doing that again any time soon.
