It depends.... Out where? with friend dressed the same way? then it would be okay. To the opera, maybe a formal dress should be included. If it's just out to the secluded backyard - YEAH! out to the mall or in public, depends upon the length of the top. Out to my house. YEAH she can come by ANYtime. (I love admiring legs encased in tights.)
