Sometimes I do, although more rarely these days - it used to be that caual flirtation was safe as long as you knew when to quit, but nowadays people can and will sue you for/charge you with sexual harrasment for something as simple as a wink. Usually I only wink at a chick if I get good vibes from her before hand, based on the way she carries herself and the things she says, which of course means that she probably isn't a stranger at that point. :p Either way, I do occasionally get winks back, although usually just a blank stare or an akward "I'm looking over here now" blow off. Ah well.

sometimes if their cute but then their girlfriend goes up to them and kisses them :( but he sneaks in a wink when she hugs him lol
