someone has been fiddling with my PC and the google toolbar that you drag across the screen, is stuck all the way across in the right hand corner and i can't drag it back.
so that i can no longer see the popup blocker or the highlighter, how do i restore it???

uninstalled & reinstalled. seems to have solved it thanks :~)

As with any tool bar you can click and drag tool bars to the position you wish. When ever you put the curson on the tool bar over a button it changes to a hand. But there would be small spaces when the cursor doent change to a hand. When the cursor is on the tool bar and the cursor is showing an arrow click and hold the left mouse button and leave it in the desired position.
If thats not happening check if the toolbars are locked. Go to View > Toolbars and uncheck Lock Tool Bars.
If your unable to do the above. Unistall google toolbar from add remove programs and reinstall it.

You should be able to click on it and drag it about.
If not, It'll be fixed or locked.
Right click in the top of the browser then unlock it.
Now you can drag it to where you prefer it
