i can't focus.

in school i struggle to listen to the teachers. my mind keep floating everywhere and i can think of anything under the sun except things that is relevant or important to my studies. i take a very long time before i can start doing a piece of work. and i can't even stay focus while listening to a song/listening to my friends' conversations... i will always randomly be sinked into some dreamland i won't be able to realise it. but when i am in a very quiet environment with 0 disturbance and my heart seemed to be settled down ( this takes VERY long). i can slightly focus a bit better.

i also have occasional anxiety attacks and i feel excited all the time.

to my knowledge, ADD can come from social / cultural factors.
You can't blame yourself,,,,
You may have to avoid things which causes distraction and improves attention, For example, noise, unwanted chats and some jerks,,,,, keep improving your lifestyle.
then you will be alright,,,,, keep strengthening your ego.

Why dont you visist a psychiatric too. Emotional problems are like a dark room, would be good to take an help to navigate.

NEVER GIVE UP
Good luck

This dosn't mean you have ADD but I think you should speak to the school counsellor especially if you are feeling anxious. The counsellor would have heard this 100 times before This is why we have school counsellors because growing up is sometimes hard to do.

You do have the biggest sympton of not being able to focus. See a doctor, the test for it is easy and it is treatable.
