when you moved the tank how much did you clean it? When you refilled it did you treat the water to remove chlorine first before adding tou your tank? You may have removed the beneficial bacteria and now you may have had an ammonia spike as a result even though a month seems like a long time for that. Do you test your water for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates regularly? How many and what type fish do you have in the tank? How did they act before going belly up? You can tell if you have ammonia issues by watching your fish in most cases. They will look like they are gasping for air or swim around erratically sometime even just lay on the bottom.

Without more info its hard to say what the problem is.

What kind of fish? Do you test the water for anything? Have you cleaned near the tank with any chemicals lately?

Well the ich treatment might explain the frog deaths. Did the fish actually have ick crystals on them or were you treating for no visible reason?

fish and frogs should not be kept together, check your ammonia and nitrite levels with a test kit. Mass deaths are usually a result of these factors. if youre levels are ok its either temperature or disease but my guess would be high ammonia levels. Change 60% of the water and check the levels again in a couple of days.

hi, It is difficult to advise without knowing what sort of symptoms your fish are displaying, If you have had the tank for over a year you obviously know what you are doing, It sounds to me that you have a contagious disease in your tank, have you done a water change, I think you may have to do 50% change, the water quality may be lacking, Think of anything different you have done? Have you added medication of any sort? added new fish? post another question with more info and I maybe able to suggest something, I know how devastating this sort of thing can be, I need more info...

with no symptoms i would assume its the water -- ammonia, nitrite or nitrate. do a massive water change. anything something dies in the tank you should. a dead animal can make an ammonia spike in a very short time.
