I get most of these scams as i am interested in them and get on the lists. None are genuine and all are illegal but it is hard to act against people the other side of the world.

It is some one trying to get you to send them money in exchange for more money. I got one, this has been circulating around for some time now. Make a copy and send it to the Attorney General Office in your State. They get you to send them money to collect the money they claim you have won, they get your money and you never get the money they claim you have won. The AG office will investigate and prosecute them. I sent mine, already have a response from the AG office, they will get them, may take a while, but they will be caught.

Hello,
Just delete it, you have that option, use it, these are gangsters out for you and your money, and delete too any e.mail asking you to confirm your Bank Details, these thieves will clean you out the same day, and leave you, laughing at you for the way they mugged you. if you get an e.mail like that, contact your bank and give them the details, they have a duty to look after your trust in them as a bank....... No, but be very careful, I wouldn't trust anything like this, of course it looks genuine, that's how they scam people.
