I know the biggest one is Everett Plant near Seattle, Washington, United States, is the largest building in the world by volume at 13.3 million m³ (470 million ft³), having grown from the original 5.64 million m³ (200 million ft³). The building is used to assemble the company's 747, 767 and 777 aircraft.

Besides, the tallest one is The Petronas Twin Tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

If you're asking about the BIGGEST (in square footage) I believe it's the Pentagon in the US. The TALLEST is in Kuala Lumpur, not sure of the name of it.
