You can see that this is a problem, which is good. You know what's wrong, which is even better. The problems you're having sound medical/psychological to me, and your best bet is going to be going to see a doctor. You can't keep going this way, as you won't be able to function in the real world if you can't focus, and chances are that therapy will be all it takes - you probably won't need anything else. You do need help, though, since trying to make it through this on your own is likely not going to work. Even a school counselor might be able to help, but you may want to see a family doctor as well. I'd say go with Will on this one. It sounds like you need a doctor to help you sort out all the thoughts in your head. Maybe you have ADD or another problem that will be helped by taking some kind of medication.
I don't want to scare you, but it's best to get it checked out so you know, and find a way to fix it.

Hi First of all take a deep breathe and think of all the good things about you. If you cant think of anything dont worry as I can tel you to things first of all your level of literacy is good. Secondly you are very aware of your sense of self, who you are .
The best thing to do is go to see your GP and talk about how you are feeling. If you cant do this talk to an older relative or teacher. MY son finds it difficult to concentrate and he uses omege 3 chewy vitamins 2 a day and he seems happier and more relaxed why not talk to your mum about getting some. Good luck

You are still young ma dear,do you know a troubled heart is a troubled life,set your heart at peace first try and make reconciliation with your mum and friend coz they seem close to you,and once you loose contact with your loved ones yo will obviously feel down coz you will have no one to talk to or console you when you feel down.You have so much time to make amendments in your life,dont let nothing come your way
