Well, the time changes every day, so you need something that will show your the time on the current day.
For example, go here and you can get both an online version and a PC version that will calculate not only your own sunrise, but any sunrise time at any location you are interested in:

Look up the newspaper. It usually gives the sunrise and sunset times next to the weather forecast. they'll be different for different parts of England.

Hi - Thanks for your question. In the South-West of England (where I live) sunrise now is about 07.50 and sunset about 17:00. A map giving sunrise and sunset times is available here: http://www.canterburyweather.co.uk/sun/ukmap.php.

well for a start it will change each day as we go through the year but this morning it would have been approximately 7.45. Tomorrow 7.43 and the day after that 7.42. Of course that does depends on if, you live in the north or the south of England.
