Botox can only be used above the cheekbones. For the rest of your facial muscles: Don't move them them at all. No laughing, no eating, no drinking.... Great, hu?

you can't reduce facial muscles. because you will have abnormalities in your face if you remove some of your unwanted muscles... meaning if you reduce or remove some in your cheeks, your smile would now be abnormal.

but,

it is possible medically, to reduce some of the unwanted facial FAT. you can reduce it by exercise or by techniques from dermatolgists.
