all i know on this subject is that you have to take your practical test within two years of doing the theory test if you fail to do so not sure if you have to renew it then. otherwise if you don't take the test i don't think your provisional expires or not for years anyway. whether this still stands i don't know they change the rules all the time. not much help i know lol

Yes, I do, it says on the front of the licence. I think its someting like 50 years. Let me just check...
Mine expires in 53 years, but I got it on my 17th birthday, so I think it lasts until you're 70.

in the uk a provisional lasts for 10 years i'm sure.

For a motor cycle 2 years, for the rest until you are 70. Check with DVLA.

it depends on the country. in kenya,a PDL is valid for three months, after which you must get the permanent one which you got to renew every year
