It depends on the intention though. I was supposed to ask once a question which happened to be already asked by someone but I pursued it anyway. I don't think that's immoral though. Maybe copying the exact question is annoying but immoral is kinda too much.

No, just boring..... but we've all done it.
Maybe Yahoo! should wipe the previous answers clean every January (better still on Groundhog Day) so we can all race to ask the same questions a year on!

Nope, not at all. How would we know about all the question asked here? It is impossible. so we sometimes ask some questions which were asked many times before.

i like to call it >Stupid< but then again the person that just asked a question and did not know that this question has been asked before well then its not hes/her fault... but if this person knew then your a dump a$$ lol and then depends on how you ask the question and what additional information you add to it etc...
