Sorry to break it to ya, but your kinda outta luck on the growing thing. You will be 5'5" unless a freak growth spurt (very very rare) hits. Be happy with who you are!

Yes you can, it's quite painfull and takes about 7-8 months in bed! The operations are performed in Japan, and Korea, as well as China,

What they do is that basically cut your leg bones in half, and then place them back togather, just millimeters appart, and the bones fuse back togather, then slowly each day, they spread them appart and the healing process begins again. It's painfull and takes a long time, but you can gain 12-16" of height,

YES BRO... YES!! But u need to get a lot of sleep, run and work out every day and follow a lagit physical fitness plan and work you're **** off every darn day. Pluse stand up streight, ANNND eat totally right, and drink a loot of water every day ( 6 to 8 glasses is the standerd, but since you'll be workin' hard in the gym, probly even more ) and then last but not least....

Read all of the step's man and work hard buddy, I actually grew like about and inch or so off of just ONE product, I'm gonna get the second eventually but it's kinda pricey. Go for it bro... u can do it.
