scrapbook i guess... you can ask some of her friends to help you collect pictures or mementous of her. it would be like a mini 'slambook'. you could also ask her friends to write something about her then post it in the "book"...

A cute snapshot picture of you two together could be enlarged very cheaply at walmart/kmart (like a buck or two) and buy a simple wood grain frame also a couple bucks at walmart. Get a decent card and write a heartfelt message- perhaps I can't think of the right word- acronym ? spell out her name and have each letter start a new word/line and everything you write is supposed to be about how you feel about her Sarah is

hahaha then what do you expect? if your unartistic limited time an all that .... you could always google a picture and trace it hahahaha. Or cook a dinner for two with two candles and a quiet evening.

Well, you're pretty much screwed. You should have started preparing earlier. The whole significance of getting a present that some one made is that they put time, effort, and creativity into making it for them.

buy an inexpensive glass bottle at a craft store and type or handwrite a heart felt poem or letter and place inside.
My husband did this for me before we where married, I loved it.
