When I urinate into the toilet it produces a kind of foam, a bit like the head on a beer. Spoke to my brother who does not experience this effect. This is not related to how much beer or fizzy drinks i consume. Whats going on?

It depends what height you pee from. Are you taller than your brother?

Seriously though it's probably just a variation of normal.

If you are worried a simple urine test could be done at the Dr's to rule out any infection or condition that might mean you have a higher than normal protien content in your urine that makes it foamy.

If you urinate straight into the water in the pan then it will foam. If you hit the pan it doesnt. Nothing to worry about.

It happens to all guys, but possibly it is because you aren't getting enough water. Drink two bottles of water in one hour and see if it foams anymore.

The more pressure behind the pee, the more foam it will create. and how it hits the bowl ig it hits the sides, no foam, but if you pee straight in the water with lots of pressure whala foam.

It could also be a sign of too much proteinein the urine. You should have the urine checked for that at the doctor's.

The most likely explanation is an overgrowth of yeasty organisms. Taking a good quality probiotic and following a detox plan should help. You might also find a couple of colonics would improve it too.
