Wow... it's amazing how bad all these answers were. The closest one to mediocre - not even good - was the one right before my post.
I would suggest reviewing this link
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/whyupgrade/top10w2k.mspx
And I'll point to two things that I find extremely useful:
1. Volume shadow copy (I believe item 4 in the link above)
2. Security Configuration Wizard
Then there's R2's enhanced Printer manager, Quota options, and dozens of other enhancements, including a redesigned internal workings for IIS web server so that it is FAR more secure than the IIS5 that was included with 2000.

windows 2003 server is more easy to install and configure that 2000 server
also , in 2003 server you can handle more functions like DNS, DHCP more easy.
windows 2003 comes with all the updates in his own kernel and it is suppose to be more secure to a hacker or internet viruses

Windows 2003 comes with a larger Active Directory Database Schema (does more stuff) than anything else that has gone before it. It is much better at providing services to and integrating with Windows XP and later clients.

Education is good, because it teaches you how to learn, how to discipline your mind. Knowledge for a Christian is knowing the word, knowing your God, His nature, His will, His outlook on things. Wisdom is looking at things from God's perspective and putting them into action. Knowledge is great, but too much of it can puff you up if you don't counteract it with fruit of the Spirit. Ever know a person who's very knowledgeable, but has no temperance and no love? Their knowledge is almost useless in the long run. But wisdom? You find that and your soul shall live, because when you find wisdom, you find the way God Himself looks at a situation. Proverbs 3: By wisdom the Lord laid the earth’s foundations, by understanding he set the heavens in place; by his knowledge the watery depths were divided, and the clouds let drop the dew.
