While it is true that Giraffes have long necks, in your question the word “who” is more correctly applied to humans. Therefore, the women of the Padaung tribe in Burma, who from youth place increasing numbers of metal rings around their necks. These gradually stretch their heads from their bodies by up to an extra ten inches over the course of many years earning them the rather apt moniker of “Giraffe women”.

Of course the giraffe.As you know giraffe was the height of a dog before it evolved.It tried to reach out to the leaves of taller plant and like this it evolved.You may check the fact in some Zoology books.
