i love blue and green.when I'm doing makeovers and use either of those colours,the women are usually apprehensive but when they see it on they love it and always buy the colours I've used.it's all about how you apply it and which other make up you are using with it.make up should be fun not serious.it washes off!give it a go,if you don't like it it's easy to get rid of.

blue eye shadow is only ok in cirtain cercumstances in low amounts. It all depends on what color your skin is. If your skin is dark, dark blue would suit, and if you are lighter a lighter shade would look right with certain clothes.

you mean which shade of blue? i'm a asian and i like to wear sky blue eye shadow. actually is just a normal blue. but i apply a small amount and spread it over my eyelid. it became sky blue! i look weird if i wear black or brown. it looked like someone just bash me in my eye. try it! if you dont try, you never know.

depends on how you apply it. i have a friend that used to be a makeup artist and she wears blue, green, purple, etc. it looks really nice. even light blue. she always does a couple shades though too, a darker blue in the crease for instance. i'm not good enough with makeup to pull it off.

It is if it's an everyday thing defintely a no-no. I like to change it up a little sometimes and put a little blue on if the outfit matches.

nope, it could go very well with your clothes, eyes, or accessories. try experimenting with different hues of blue, blending with other colors, and if it looks good, then it looks good =) if youre not sure, ask someone if it looks fine.
you dont have to conventional!

It depends if you know how to apply make-up properly, you don't want to look like you have a black eye :)

you shouldn't wear light blue eyeshadow, not only because it's trailer trashy, but because it's completely out of date.
navy blue eyeshadow is fine though, as long as it's done right.
