There are books about this topic, and web-based resources. The most important thing is to center everything around why you would be the very best candidate for the the job (they don't give a flying f@ck about who you really are).

You can start with a small introduction about yourself.. Cover the following points in your introduction: Name, Where u're from, Your family, Your educational qualification (avoid marks, if not otherwise asked). This is generally enough for an interruption by the interviewer, if not interrupted, go ahead, talk about your hobbies, your strengths, your weeknesses and how you are working towards overcoming your weaknesses... Tell the HR interviewee, about your educations and your experience on the job that you are applying for.If I am you, I would put in my mind that I am marketing myself for a job,so I will not sell my self short.
