Certainly NOT California. Also be careful in Washington state. They have unmarked police cars and even use minivans, trucks, sedans etc. that are unmarked, and they hide. They also use aircraft patrol. I am a native Californian who has also lived in Washington for 7 years, so I know of which I speak!

Mississippi or Georgia. Miss because the cops their will extort money from you and GA because they are extremely strict and are notorious for speed traps and road blocks. That's how their departments make money.

California, they just set up random stop point checks to check for illegal immigrants, every one who passes has there licenses checked....any one without a U.S. licenses is arrested.......true story.
