A silly doubt, reservation policy does not do any harm. When father reserves two sons and the other two not considered, there is a reason behind it. Unity in diversity is the same as diversity in Unity. When there is a father, a mother, 3-4 sisters and 3-4 brothers, the atmosphere of family and home would be pleasant and same is of a nation. Let a part of our brothers and sisters be reserved. When they get a stand, they would help our generations. Apply divide and rule in the optimistic way.

to some extent may be economically backward people and physically handicapped people can be considered for reservations. but caste based reservation is not fair at all.

by accepting these reservations we are acknowledging the fact that we are mentally backward and that we are incompetent to compete in an open race! isn't that shameful?

but how many of us would dare to compete with all without taking any advantages of the reservation system to help them?

with the recent news of reservations in medical field once again coming up for discussion for approval again, it really is doubtful when these reservations will come to an end in our country.

politicians try this gimmick for improving their vote banks and we are accepting the same for our very own selfish motives..

may be all the individuals should refuse to accept to be considered for reservations and should support competing in every filed purely on merit and individual efficiency.

remove the coloumn of caste in every document including the application forms for studies and so on.

treat every one same and equal irrespective of their caste.

if all of us support against reservations and refuse to be branded under any reservation category does the govt have any alternative but to accept it's peoples' judgement?

but how many of our society would be really ready to take that step?
we were not able to abolsih the caste system till date.

may be the present generation which is very broad minded and very competive and confident too can defintely work on it and bring this much wanted change in our system for a better future.

Only when casteism disappears. This will happen only when our religious heads come out and accept all castes as equal and allow the participation of ALL hindus to all levels of religious activity. We must have the sankaracharya to purohits from various castes based on their training only.temple entry must not be a privilege of birth.Once we do this we can abolish reservation
