I really feel for you. I had a pregnancy much like that with my first child and am having the much better one now. In fact I had all day vomiting for about four months followed by regular bouts of passing out and also broke out in spots. If you are worried then get checked out to make sure that it's not something more serious, however, I hate to inform you that if it is just the pregnancy it's a case of waiting it out and trying to get on with things. People will tell you "pregnancy is not an illness!" but when you feel that way, it feels as though it is. All the best to you, hope you don't go through too many months of it.

it sounds like you dont really know how u feel about the situation because in the begining u said u dont think ur ready to have a baby and in the end u said u think ud b a good mother,so really try to get ur thoughts straight first of all because this is a very real situation. Also think about the whole job and school thing,do u think u can just make ur parents watch the baby ALL DAY when ur working AND at school, thats not fair to them or the baby,it wont even recognize u.Think about these things as they are important.i had to drop out of tech school (im 19 so i'd already finished high school) when i got pregnant because the father has to work all day and so does my mum so what was i guna do? I have to take care of my baby, its MY responsibility, not my mums.but seriously, the father is going to find out and if u love him so much and uv been together 3 years then i cant imagine hed leave now but even if thats the case you owe loyalty more to ur baby then ur boyfriend.and u will start showing soon,im on my first pregnancy and i started to show to strangers at about 14 or 15 weeks, thats only 3 and a half months!!!! u dont have all the time in the world,he WILL notice and then be really pissed that u werent honest with him in the first place.

Hi Dawn,
Ginger is the answer to your problems. A couple of ginger biscuits dipped in tea will sooth the nausea for you. Morning sickness can be miserable, especially when it drags on and on.
The flu bug you have won't have done you any good either, but the worst of that is now over you say so that's a good thing.
As for the feeling faint, I am wondering if you are a little anaemic. Pop along to your Dr and they may do a simple blood test for that.
Hope you are better soon.

Hi
You sound like I did during my 3rd pregnancy!
I really do sympathise with you
It sounds like your iron level is low- go to the docs and he/she may do a blood test to determine whether or not this is the case
I too had all day nausea and to be honest, nothing really helped me although I did find that ginger biscuits were good for me BEFORE you actually get out of bed in a morning- take some up with you the night before
GOOD LUCK!
I know its hard but it will get better

Go and see a doctor immediately even go to A & E! Seriously you need to get better as soon as possible for your own sake, the baby and your two year old. In fact I might even say get the doctor to visit you or possibly call an ambulance as you may not be safe to drive.

I hope you get better soon.

you will survive, things will get better when you are 3 months along, have you gone to a doctor at all? you should have done that the moment you suspected you were pregnant, nothing will help the stomach problems except medicine the doctor has to give you a perscription for.

Try eating some dark chocolate when you get up in the morning. Bananas are also good. Do it even if you don't feel like it. Oh yeah, and try reflexology too. It's not encouraged in the first trimester but as long as you're comfortable the practitioner knows what they are doing. It really helped me!

That will pass soon honey, and you'll feel fine. In the meantime see your Doc or one of the practice nurses, they will be able to advise you. Good Luck.
