Theoretically speaking Yes
Practically speaking No
There are never two alternatives that would lead the same path or produce the same result.
Humans are not purely Rational animals there are also passions emotions and desires
Choice is thus always between
I desire but then I like...
I love to but then I need...
I prefer but then it is only logical.....
I would uphold values but in this case rationally.......
I think this could be but I feel that.....etc., etc.,
No real choice exists.
Its the various factors, influences, attitudes, needs, circumstances, information or the lack of it, understanding or the lack of it el.at., that play a vital role in making a choice.
If all humans were equal in every sense of the term and the alternates lead to the same results it would constitute a real choice and thus the exercise of free will.

I think you already know the answer and it is Yes, we All do. I won't over philosophize my opinion, but I believe you are talking about the oppression of others (or yourself) and consequences. There are good actions and bad actions and we have the free will to choose what we do. If others try to enslave you, remember, on the inside we are free. Why do you think the world is so messed up? Free Will. Many use it as a license to blur the lines between right and wrong.
It is a gift and we should use it wisely.

Of course. Some philosophy professors will tell you that when you get down to making an actual decision thats its madness or we cant control our actual decision, but if this were true, no one should be punished for their crimes, b/c they couldnt actually control their actions. We should also not have to protect society from these types of criminals b/c if I was to be attacked by one, it would "not" have been my decision to be in the particular place in time in which I was attacked, again b/c I cant control my decisions. This is not how people really act nor is it how our society is run, so its just a bunch of people thinking they know more than they actually do. Then they confuse themselves.

Exactly how a system makes a decision, or responds to stimulus, can never be fully known. We can approximate or model the internals of a system, and we can assign probabilities to expected outcomes.
No system is entirely free or entirely constrained. As with everything, the truth is in the balance.

Sure there is ... if you can make yourself free of religion, politics, education and media pressure. Practically it means that if you live on a desert island, with no radio, no TV, no newspapers and no cell phone, you have a small chance for you to exert free will.

I think we definately have free will in that we are free to make our own choices, but it's not 'free' in that there are always consequences attached to every choice, whether they are positive or negative consequences. So you cannot make a choice without having to suffer or enjoy the attached consequences of that choice

Yes, Just the fact that you are asking that question proves it. You can think and act. You are able to judge your actions and the actions of others. What a great Creator we have!

Yes there is. Do we not have control over our own lives ? We make decisions that affect our lives everyday. have opportunities that are presented to us quite often in life. We decide if we take them or not.
