i want to creat a blog at blogspot but i dunno how and then my blog always seems empty with a dull template and no music and no links and no messaging box can someone help me pls!

Instead of blogspot, I suggest you to use Wordpress instead.
I use Wordpress and I love it so much. Here's why:
- it has a lot of templates (themes)
- many great plugins (you may even put photo and video into your blog)
There are two ways to get WordPress:
1. You can get free WordPress account at http://www.wordpress.com and create blog there.
2. You buy your own domain name and buy your own blog hosting account. I host mine at http://www.bluewebhost.biz for about $7 a month.

It will help if you try to learn html codes. I can suggest a good website that is http://htmlbasix.com/ or maybe you can copy the html code from your blog template and edit it with Frontpage or Dreamweaver or anything that you find it easy to use.
