Before anything else, did you really lost control? It is common for people to say they have lost control, but actually it is not really the case. One of the primary reason for losing control of one's self is anger. Therefore, many psychologists and counselors suggest that you must go back to your pre-anger state. It is only when you have let the steam off that you can savor the flavor of the soup as they say. Manage your anger and resolve its cause, in that way you will regain control.

I don't feel comfortable giving you a good answer because you don't say what exactly have you lost control of where you are concerned. Or, maybe YOU haven't lost any control and you are just curious. Do you mean total control? As in "your mind"? If so, good question and I do not know, as I am still trying to find where I put my control.

Well............we have no idea of what you have lost control over. You could go into talk therapy.Be it group or individual . Is it your temper? There are groups to help you with this as well as speaking to a therapist.
