Your body will demand rest if it gets tired; you have already taken a nap so body got rest. Therefore if you take a nap you will have to play/exercise till you feel tired; otherwise it is best to avoid nap.
Do good exercise or play on ground; it will build your muscles and improve health as well as sleep.
Now study or play but avoid the idiot box(TV).

don't try and force it..it won't work! trust your body; it'll let you know when it's ready for sleep. i've found it's best to just read/watch tv until i'm sleepy and not lay there in bed trying to force myself to sleep. besides, one night with less than your usual amount of sleep won't hurt you.
