What North Face men's jacket Size?

I am 6.0 ft and 176LB. wanna buy north face flash jacket cause cold out side. I have no idea what size should i wear..
maybe L or XL
plz help me anybody who have it or any idea

i think you should go for a medium or a large. my boyfriend is 6ft and 162 lbs. he has a north face denali size medium that fits but only because he has super long arms.
