A full blown dungeon. Manacles on the wall, a couple of racks. Some homemade devices for bending in a certain way. And all sorts of other fun toys. The walls are polished cement so I just hook up a pressure washer with disinfectant and clean it up after a busy weekend.

Well right now...lots of drywall and lots of dust.
A computer, a bunch of toys, books, big screen, sound system, a kitchen, a laundry room, 2 new luandry machines, lots of paint, lots of junk, and maybe some fruit flies.
