I would like to know what the value is of a 1887 San-Francisco phone book is worth?

This phone is from the late 1800's, in good condition all inserts are still attached. Has a picture of what Stanford University looked like back then along with alot of other pictures. Advertisments. ect. This book came out about 10 years after of the first phone book in 1878 in Conn.
