what hasn't been pierced yet, that may become popular? The adams apple? the eyeball? a single ring surrounding the jugular vein or the spine? testicles?

I think you are begging for smart aleck comments, but I'm going to answer it seriously in case anyone truly wants to know. My best guess is actually the imbedded jewelry and not piercings (called subdermal implants). There are only a few people who do it now and I think it'll catch on as a trend by the next generation.
