i've heard of men getting pec implants to make it look like they have muslce there. you could get proper lady breast implants if you wanted, there's no reason it wouldn't work, but i don't know why you'd want to haha.

Yes it is possible. but very unlikely that a man will want them..unless he's in the process of having a gender change operation.
in fact a month or so ago i saw a tv show that had a story on a man that was supposed to be getting some kind of implant to make his pectoral muscles sit up higher (he was a competing body builder) but when he woke up he had a womens breast implant done!!
they had pictures and everything...to say the least the man took the quack doctor to court and won a considerable sum of money.

pectoral implants is the politically correct term for male chest enhancement. YES, it is possible, but not to the extent that women have performed.

Yeah, but unless you're "in transition" to becoming a woman, what's the point? Men getting a sex changes do, but some of them get other surgeries too.... is that where you're headed?

yes it is possible but I don't recommend doing so, since it can cause a hormonal imbalance, not to mentino pshycolgical issues.
